最近 MTACS を調べてます。

オプションが長い都合、いちいちコンパイラを呼び出すのはちょっとおっくうだったので AppleScript の droplet でも作ってやれ、と最近は随分動いていたのですが、ドキュメント環境が整っている様な、いない様な AppleScript でした。Developer.apple.com はたくさんドキュメントがある一方、検索しづらい。heuristic method な僕には厳し〜。
さて。ハマった点をいくつか。
AppleScript での（少なくともデフォルトでの）ファイル オブジェクトの受け渡しは Alias を通して行われるようです。なので、以下のコードは “Can't get name of {alias "FILE:PATH:BY:TRADITIONAL:MAC:SEPARATED:BY:COLON"} (-1728)”とでます。
on open drop_item
set file_name to name of drop_item
display dialog file_name
quit
end open
なので、正解は、
on open (dropped_files)
repeat with each_file in dropped_files
set file_path to quoted form of POSIX path of each_file
set compileOption to "-swf /OUTPUT/PATH/out.swf -header 800:600:20 -main "
display dialog file_path
do shell script "/usr/local/bin/mtasc " & compileOption & file_path
end repeat
quit
end open
と、すると、とりあえず compiler droplet は出来上がり。全て out.swf と gcc みたいですが…使い物にするには、
compile option、output path, output file name くらいは設定できるように出来ないとダメですね。
