今日はお昼過ぎにジムに行ってしばらくぶりの work out。この正月休暇中についた贅肉を落としておかないとね。そして運動してるときとかっていろんな考えが頭に浮かぶ。あんまり Media だの blog だの論考めいた事をするつもりは無かったけれど、まぁ誰に害もないと思うのでメモしておこう。
旧来の broadcast 型 Media って、一人のスーパースターをいつでも渇望してる。それをみる人々は、そんな風にはなれないけれど、なりたいと思い込まされて、その極限まで最大化された欲望に自身で押しつぶされそうになってる。あんまり関係ないかもだけど、最近読んだVillage Voice の先々週号（Vol. XLIX No.51かな？） の特集記事では女の子と彼女らの経済的成功を軸に書いてあったし、今まだ読んでるADBUSTERSの Special Year End Issue でも一番最初に触れられてる。この間切込隊長のところで NEET がどうこうって騒がれてたけど、そう言う事なんじゃないでしょうかね？
